SECTIONS OF EMBASSY
Ambassador
The Ambassador is
in charge of bilateral relations between the states he has been
accredited to. In assistance with the different sections, he assures
protection and support to the Chadian citizens, he promotes Chadian
values, and he represents and defends the interests of the Chadian
government.
Consular section
The embassy is
called upon to give advice and assist to all Chadian who have made a
request within the boundaries stipulated in the Chadian and American
laws. The embassy will issue documents that are within her range of
responsibilities.
Politics and public affairs
The embassy
favours to maintain good relations between the Chadian and American
governments. She makes Chad know to Americans by favouring the
investments and commercial and economic exchanges between the two
countries.
Business
The embassy
encourages the development of market outlets for Chadian companies.
She responds to their request for information, and gives them
assistance on the field. The embassy abets the circulation of
information (i.e. contracts offered by the World Bank) and promotes
relations between Chadian and American business people. She enables
the studies of general and sectional markets, as well as statistic
studies about Chadian activities. Finally, the embassy launches
commercialization programs that frame the promotion of Chad in the
USA.

The embassy seeks
to maintain and develop efficient bilateral cooperation with Chad
and the US.
